After the design deposit is paid, please make sure to provide your vehicle model. If not, we’ll reach out by email to request it along with your design preferences. Once confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to send you the first design ideas and sketch preview via email.

Yes, we offer multiple options to fit your needs.

In most cases, there’s no extra charge for the number of characters. However, if a main character needs to be redrawn, an additional fee may apply.
The cost typically ranges from $50 to $100, depending on the complexity.

We recommend using images with a resolution of at least 1920×1080px. If the image is low quality but the customer still wants to use it, redrawing may be necessary. Redrawing typically costs between $50 and $80.

Yes, we offer design services and can provide the final print-ready file only. Once the design is approved, we’ll upload the file and send it to the customer digitally.

We offer up to 3 revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra customization fees.
A revision is a small change—typically less than 25% of the design—and helps refine the current concept.
Please note: a completely new design concept is not considered a revision and would require a separate quote.

We kindly require the deposit to be paid before we begin the custom design process. This is part of our standard studio workflow. Unfortunately, we cannot allocate design time without a commitment, as we’ve experienced cases where clients cancel after significant work has been completed.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 2 hours after purchase. After that, the design process will have already begun, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
